Sales Engineer EMEA

The Sales Engineer will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers and the EMEA Pre-sales team to evaluate customer technical requirements, execute compelling technical demonstrations, assist with preparation of proposals, system deployments and integration.

In addition, the Sales Engineer must provide ongoing feedback to the product management team. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully defining system architectures, delivering solution demonstrations, managing system implementation and deployment, and providing exceptional customer service.


Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:


  • Minimum of three years' experience in the design and implementation of production and broadcast systems.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot complex IP network, audio, video & streaming problems
  • Knowledge of Cloud compute technology and virtualization advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technology, product, and application expertise to account sales team, prospects, and customers
  • Ability to assess a customer's technical needs and match it to Telestream products.
  • Experience with digital video and audio, video servers, compression technology and infrastructure requirements
  • Previous technical experience including knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and IP networking technology
  • Product Training Skills desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated and must be comfortable working remotely out of home office
  • A willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Ability to work effectively with resellers and sales staff across EMEA
  • English language skills are a must, however other languages are a plus.
