We are growing fast and to expand our Pre-Post Field Sales/Systems Engineering (FSE) team, we are looking for new team members.  If you are looking to join a growing company and have experience in the digital video industry (IPTV, OTT, etc.), this is an opportunity to work in the exciting video business.  In your role, you will assist the account managers in all (technical) aspects of the business.

You will be based preferably in Denver or the surrounding area.

 Primary responsibilities and functions include:

  •  Full responsibility for the pre and post sales technical support of the IQ sales process at target accounts (Comcast, Charter, TWC and others)
  • Will work together with the Sales Managers to assist in identifying, qualifying and developing existing and new customers and strategic opportunities
  • Respond clearly and timely to technical and functionality inquiries from prospects, customers, partners and sales colleagues
  • Technical ownership of the assigned end user accounts including solution positioning, network/eco system proposals, presentations, installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of IQ products
  • Responsible for orchestrating installation and deployment of IQ end-to-end solution at customer sites, training and continued customer support with the assistance of the IQ corporate support team
  • Provide clear, timely and effective feedback to management and or other members of the account team regarding account status, product issues, and possible improvements in IQ products and approach
  • Provide first and second level technical support reported by end user customers and or partners as needed and requested by Services or other Sales personnel
  • Assist IQ Sales and other Engineers during trials, product installations and upgrades
  • Build and maintain a technical relationship with the customer as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers in achieving quarterly bookings objectives from existing customers and prospect accounts across the region
  • Assist on tradeshows to present the IneoQuest products and solution to existing customers and new prospects
  • You will work from your home office

 Required skills, knowledge and abilities:  

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or related discipline
  • Working knowledge of MPEG, Ethernet, TCP/IP, IP Routing, IPTV, VOD, multicast, unicast, QoS/QoE metrics
  • Knowledge and experience with OTT video delivery, CDNs and Adaptive Streaming Protocols (HLS, DASH, MS SS)
  • Basic Linux (RedHat Enterprise) skills are a must
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues in a structured way
  • Self-motivated individual that drives customer issues to resolution
  • Solution selling experience is required, must be able to articulate the IneoQuest value proposition and position against and into competitive accounts
  • Strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers business and technical drivers and challenges
  • Background on network management (SNMP) is a benefit
  • Database experience with Linux, MySql, etc., preferred
  • Business case development skills and value proposition skills are desired
  • Experience with virtual solution deployment is desirable
  • A candidate with existing regional service provider technical relationships preferred
  • Travel required for onsite customer visits (up to 20% of time)
