The Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager drives the overall strategy and execution of new lead generation and ongoing lead nurturing throughout the customer journey, leveraging primarily digital channels.  The Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager works with many key customer facing functions throughout Telestream to optimize the overall new customer acquisition, as well as, franchise expansion within the current customer base.  Additionally, the Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager works very interdependently with other marketing functions including product marketing, PR and events teams to coordinate the execution of new solution releases.  This position can be located either in Nevada City or at our Mansfield location.

Primary responsibilities and functions include:

  • Develop the integrated lead generation strategies linked to business strategy priorities and financial goals
  • Lead the execution of all digital and non-digital lead generation campaigns
  • Execute on digital employee advocacy programs to enable campaign amplification via employee social networks
  • Manage advertising spend across digital and non-digital channels to optimize overall marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with other key customer facing organizations including inside/direct sales and channel/partner management
  • Track and report on all performance metrics, including campaign ROIs
  • Directly manage a team as well as work with multiple cross functional virtual teams to execute on responsibilities

 Required Skills, knowledge and abilities: 

  • 10+ years of prior corporate marketing experience with strong emphasis on lead generation, campaign strategies and advertising approaches
  • Experienced and accomplished in lead generation within B2B high-tech environments
  • Agile at building and executing integrated digital campaign strategies, including web, social and email
  • Familiar with key marketing and CRM technologies including Salesforce, ActOn
  • Business maturity, flexibility and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by high growth expectations and a collaborative culture
